Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations of an assigned apartment community, guide staff, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance. You will drive revenue through rent management, leasing, and resident relations while coordinating budgets, vendor activity, and property maintenance.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills, with a focus on ensuring safety, cleanliness, and a high standard of living for residents in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and financial plans.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and contracts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely response to service requests.
• Supervise and train property staff and manage performance.
