Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in property management or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and budgets.
• Ability to manage cash flow and leasing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance, leasing, and maintenance teams.
• Direct day-to-day operations to meet financial and operational goals.
• Manage resident relations, lease issues, and repairs requests.
• Coordinate revenues and collection of receipts following lease obligations.
• Supervise invoices and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure accurate lease data in management software.
