Qualifications

• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily apartment community operations and records.
• Oversee leasing activities: tours, applications, approvals, move-ins.
• Maintain occupancy levels with marketing and retention programs.
• Supervise maintenance team and vendor contracts; approve invoices.
• Deliver exceptional resident service and organize engagement events.
• Hire, train, and evaluate leasing staff and maintenance personnel.
