Job summary

Cintra Realty Group in Tyler, TX, seeks an experienced property manager to stabilize value-added communities and lead turnover transitions. You will balance daily operations with long-term strategies, driving occupancy, controlling expenses, and enhancing resident experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing community operations, leasing activities, budgeting, supervising maintenance and staff, and ensuring Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency with PM software such as AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day apartment operations and ensure efficiency.
• Manage leasing activities including tours, applications, approvals, move-ins and renewals.
• Develop and manage the operating budget and monitor expenditures to stay within budget.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor services for unit turns and preventive maintenance.
• Deliver outstanding resident service and retention programs.
• Hire, train, and supervise leasing and maintenance staff.
