Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager in Los Angeles, CA to oversee day-to-day operations of a 329-unit property, manage staff, budgets, leasing, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. The role requires leadership, budgeting and strong knowledge of property management software.

You will supervise leasing, tenant relations, safety, and maintenance, while coordinating with Ownership and ensuring income and occupancy goals are met. California-specific requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and oversee staff.
• Provide input into property budgets and financial reporting.
• Oversee leasing, enforcement of lease terms, renewals, and inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and vendor relationships.
• Lead resident services, respond to complaints, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
