Job summary

Greystar is seeking a seasoned Community Manager for our Los Angeles property to lead day-to-day operations, manage the team, and achieve budgeted financial and service goals.

You will oversee budgeting, lease enforcement, marketing, resident relations, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

The role includes supervising staff, collaborating with owners, and delivering regular financial reports, with California-specific lease process duties as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the on-site team.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the property.
• Oversee leasing, enforcement, marketing, and resident relations.
• Ensure maintenance standards and vendor coordination.
• Supervise staff performance and coordinate with owners/clients.
