Greystar seeks an experienced property manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a prime apartment community in Denver. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, rent collections, and ensure compliance with policies, as well as lease enforcement and resident service excellence.

You will drive occupancy and revenue through strategic marketing, timely financial reporting, and strong vendor management, while maintaining high standards of safety and property appearance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day‑to‑day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, complete financial records, documents, and reports, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the work of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

• Oversee budgeting, rent collection, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting.
• Enforce lease terms, screenings, renewals, inspections, and notices in compliance with policies.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Respond to resident inquiries and service requests to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, train, and evaluate performance.
