Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Denver. You will manage budgets, lead staff, supervise leasing, and ensure compliance with housing laws while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite. California-specific notes may apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
