Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family property in Denver, ensuring financial and operational goals are met in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

You will manage budgets, supervise staff, and drive leasing, marketing, and resident satisfaction initiatives while coordinating with property ownership and vendors to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements, reviewing marketing information, and accessing operation reports to establish performance patterns.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates, ensuring rent collection, posting as needed, making deposits, and reviewing monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices from vendors and service providers, ensuring insurance certificates are valid and costs are coded correctly.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees as per lease terms.
• Analyze market trends and implement short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by timely response to complaints and service requests; ensure maintenance standards.
