Job summary

Foothills Regional Housing seeks a Community Manager to oversee leasing, tenant relations, and property operations in a multifamily setting. You will manage applications, verify eligibility under LIHTC/HOME programs, and work with maintenance to maintain occupancy and NOI.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills, with attention to Fair Housing and ADA compliance. Office-based with occasional travel and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training as a site supervisor or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret general business materials and write reports.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and HAB software; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing and management of all housing rental applications.
• Interview prospective residents and verify LIHTC/HOME program compliance.
• Maintain occupancy and rent revenues; oversee eviction processes.
• Lease apartments and inform residents about community amenities and services.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs; ensure FRH quality standards.
