Job summary

Foothills Regional Housing in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a Roving Assistant Community Manager to oversee day-to-day compliance and operations of assigned assets funded by HOME, LIHTC, 50058/50059, NSP, and PBV.

Responsibilities include processing resident files, leases, annual renewal inspections under HUD/LIHTC, utility coordination, rent collection in HAB, and vendor invoices, all while upholding Fair Housing and FRH policies.

Qualifications

• Assisted Housing Manager Certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing multi-family properties, personally or via subordinates.
• Process applicant and resident files in compliance with Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC rules.
• Prepare leases and addendums; maintain tenant files throughout lease terms.
• Conduct annual renewal inspections per HUD/LIHTC regulations.
• Coordinate utilities transfers and generate rent receipts in HAB.
• Process vendor invoices and purchase orders; assist in market surveys.
