Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field or
• One year of experience in a comparable program, plus three years in a human services delivery system
• Successful DOJ background clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Current TB clearance
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Valid automobile insurance if driving is required

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned program
• Supervise, train, coach, and support direct support staff
• Coordinate with the Regional Center and IPP objectives
• Monitor program effectiveness and IPP progress
• Identify barriers to IPP objectives and implement solutions
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation
