Job summary

OneWell Health Care in California seeks an IDD Program Supervisor to oversee daily service delivery and staff support for IDD and autism services, ensuring safety, compliance, and person-centered care.

The role coordinates with families, Regional Centers, and leadership, supports onboarding and training, and participates in care team meetings. Strong documentation, EVV, and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IDD services or direct support roles.
• Supervisory or lead experience in community-based services.
• Experience working with Regional Centers and Title 17 programs.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain on hire).
• Bilingual skills are a plus, depending on program needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery and staff support.
• Ensure safe, compliant, person-centered service delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with families, Regional Centers, and leadership.
• Assist with onboarding, training, care team meetings, and after-hours support.
