Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to obtain Winn Community Coordinator Certification upon hire.
• Demonstrated success with partner management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement an annual Connected Communities plan for the community based on need, interest, and opportunities.
• Manage property Connected Communities budget and track goals with managers.
• Coordinate resources for residents addressing six key outcomes: housing stability, employment, economic mobility, education, health, and community engagement.
• Provide direct assistance, program referrals, and 1-1 coaching to individuals and families.
• Establish and maintain MOUs with third parties providing services and programs on and off-site.
• Utilize CONNECT to collect, manage, report on, and analyze resident data for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop methods of communication with residents including quarterly meetings, monthly newsletter, flyers, and social updates.
• Participate in professional development opportunities offered by the region and Winn.
