Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking an Operations Manager to provide proactive operational and logistical support for our community initiatives, including J Life, Arts Enrichment, J NEXT, and large events. The role emphasizes systems, data tracking, and multi-project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data tools. Evening/weekend availability may be required for program needs.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in administrative support, program coordination, operations, or event logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics including scheduling, room setup, supplies, vendor coordination, staffing needs, and communications.
• Maintain program data including attendance tracking.
• Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, reimbursements, and basic financial documentation.
• Provide on-site support for select programs, events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Help maintain organized systems for calendars, files, documentation, and project tracking.
