The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking a Park Heights Programs Coordinator to support the successful operation, growth, and quality of a wide range of JCC programs and services.
You will work directly with the Director of Programs in an in-person capacity, combining program administration, staff supervision, facility oversight, customer service, resource management, and operational leadership.

The Park Heights Programs Coordinator supports the successful operation, growth, and quality of a wide range of JCC programs and services while working directly alongside the Director of Programs. This in person role combines program administration, staff supervision, facility oversight, customer service, resource management, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically proficient, proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to excellence in every aspect of program delivery. This individual serves as a key operational partner to the Director of Programs, helping support administration of programs, facilities, instructors, support staff, and participant communications. They are expected to take initiative, anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and contribute to the development of systems and procedures that improve efficiency, consistency, and participant experience throughout the department. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly and will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, customer service, and follow‑through.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may spend significant time sitting, standing, walking, and using a computer. The employee may frequently be required to move throughout the facility and program spaces and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment is active, fast‑paced, and highly interactive. The employee will regularly engage with participants, families, instructors, staff, and community members. Program environments may occasionally be noisy and require flexibility, adaptability, and a high level of energy.
Salary (or Salary Range): Full time, benefit eligible, salaried 40 hours per week; $43,000 - $48,000
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm (with flexibility for evenings or Saturday nights as needed)
