Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking a Park Heights Programs Coordinator to support the operation, growth, and quality of a wide range of programs and services. This in-person role works alongside the Director of Programs to manage administration, staffing, facilities, scheduling, and participant communications.

You will help monitor program quality, coordinate babysitting rooms, supervise staff, and ensure a welcoming environment for families.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide administrative support: registrations, payments, recordkeeping, scheduling and communications.
• Support instructors, vendors, and staff to maintain high-quality program delivery when leadership is unavailable.
• Communicate schedules and updates to participants in coordination with the Program Director.
• Monitor program quality and participant experience and help implement process improvements.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and spaces, including purchasing and inventory management.
• Coordinate babysitting room schedules, staffing, onboarding, and training.
