The City of Corona seeks a Senior Community Services Leader to oversee diverse programs such as Kids Club, sports, and senior center activities. You will supervise staff, coordinate reservations, and ensure high-quality customer service for residents and visitors.

The role emphasizes nights, weekends, and holidays, with a part-time schedule around 19 hours per week. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to support city programs and facilities.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent and ability to read/write.
• At least 1 year of experience in a community setting, including 6 months planning, implementing, coaching and overseeing programs.
• Valid California Class C driver’s license and insurability under the City’s policy.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, coordinates, and evaluates activities and programs for various ages.
• Provides instruction in arts, crafts, and games and manages attendance.
• Coaches, officiates, and prepares play areas and fields for sports.
• Opens/closes City facilities, oversees rentals, and ensures secure, clean public spaces.
• Responds to patron requests with excellent customer service.
