Job summary

Community Medical Services is seeking a Community Impact Manager to lead the development of community programs in collaboration with the Executive Team and the Director of Community Programs. You will manage projects from inception to completion, collaborating with partners and reporting to the Regional Director.

The role requires travel within primary counties and a strong focus on program infrastructure, documentation, and KPI analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• CAPM preferred.
• Opioid Treatment Program experience preferred.
• Experience with community partners and government agencies preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains project management documentation for new community programs including timelines, task lists, flow charts, and meeting minutes.
• Develops and maintains SharePoint sites to store project management Wrike/SharePoint.
• Ensures project documents are updated, distributed, and stored appropriately.
• Documents meeting minutes, action items, and decisions during meetings and follows up.
• Provides status updates to executive leadership and community partners.
• Resolves or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Works with internal and external teams to understand documentation, process, and billing requirements for new programs.
• Analyzes existing and potential program infrastructure and creates new programs and policies when needed.
• Communicates changes or new programs to staff at all levels.
