Community Reach Center is seeking a Program Manager, Outpatient Services to oversee clinical programs using evidence-based approaches for individuals with behavioral health needs.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance across medical records and services while advancing program goals in a dynamic outpatient setting. The role emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and strategic project oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience managing outpatient behavioral health programs.
• Knowledge of medical record standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Budget and resources management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, implement, and monitor customer service standards to ensure the multi-disciplinary team meets internal and external needs.
• Train and evaluate staff to maintain quality and encourage growth while embracing diversity.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in medical record standards and case management services.
• Provide direct consumer consultation and care using evidence-based practices; develop and modify programs as required.
• Participate in the selection process for program staff.
• Coach employees to perform at satisfactory levels and apply corrective guidance.
• Maintain and distribute the program budget.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with local/state policymakers and providers to assess needs and implement programs.
• Manage departmental capacity to align with organizational goals and resource constraints.
• Lead and mentor the team to foster a positive culture and collaboration.
• Lead assigned projects from initiation to completion with cross-functional teams.
