Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking a Parent Engagement Coordinator to build meaningful connections with current and prospective families at the Stoler Early Learning Center and across our JCC community.

You will lead J Parent programming, serve as liaison to the Family Association, support ELC events and social media, and guide families through inquiries and tours, collaborating with the ELC leadership and other departments to foster engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in family engagement, early childhood education, or nonprofit programming preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Jewish parent education programming.
• Represent the JCC in community partnerships and grants management.
• Coordinate events including after-hours activities and parent programs.
• Maintain budgets, track expenses, and administer surveys for feedback.
• Collaborate with ELC leadership and other departments to enhance engagement.
• Manage social media content for the ELC and J Parent initiatives.
• Welcome and assist prospective families through tours and inquiries.
