Job summary

Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore seeks a Parent Engagement Coordinator to build connections among families in the Stoler Early Learning Center and JCC community. You will lead Jewish parent programming, liaise with Family Association and partners, support ELC events and social media, and guide prospective families through inquiries and tours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in family engagement or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and grant-funded programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Jewish parent education programming funded by Tepper Foundation.
• Represent the JCC in Tepper Grant Community of Practice.
• Facilitate parent engagement opportunities and research ideas from feedback.
• Coordinate programs including Parent Nights Outs, workshops, and ELC extension events.
• Collaborate with a Jewish educator to develop meaningful Jewish content for events.
• Maintain financial records to track grant spending and budgets.
• Administer surveys and use data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with the Chief Program Officer on Tepper Foundation reporting.
