Job summary

The Tampa Jewish Community Center invites an Engagement Coordinator to join the Engagement team, helping to build a community of belonging for Tampa's Jewish community. You will support program development, coordinate events, manage communications, and nurture relationships with volunteers and participants to expand impact.

The role requires 3–5 years in non-profit settings, a bachelor’s degree, strong writing and project management, and comfort with databases and email marketing tools; weekday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three to five years of professional work experience in a non-profit organization is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Jewish values, holidays, traditions and culture is a plus.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets and email marketing tools (Constant Contact or Mailchimp).
• Dynamic, high-energy, organized, and diplomatic.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic support and assist in engaging programs and experiences for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate logistics for Federation Engagement team initiatives including venue, speakers, RSVPs and materials.
• Build relationships with constituents through calls, emails and written correspondence.
• Attend and facilitate engagement programs, greet guests and network.
