Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking an Impact and Innovation Coordinator to provide operational and logistical support for J Life, Arts Enrichment, J NEXT, and large-scale community events. The role emphasizes systematizing processes, data tracking, and cross-team collaboration to advance strategic goals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with on-site program support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in administrative support, program coordination, operations, or event logistics preferred.
• Comfort working with data systems and willingness to learn tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends based on program needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in nonprofit management, Jewish communal service, arts administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics including scheduling, room setup, supplies, vendor coordination, staffing needs, and communications
• Maintain program data including attendance tracking
• Support preparation of post event reports
• Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, reimbursements, and basic financial documentation for assigned initiatives
• Help maintain organized systems for calendars, files, documentation, and project tracking
• Provide on-site support for select programs, events, and community engagement initiatives
• Perform other related administrative and operational duties as assigned
