Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking a Park Heights Programs Coordinator to support the successful operation, growth, and quality of a wide range of JCC programs. This in-person role combines program administration, staff supervision, facility oversight, and customer service under the Director of Programs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and committed to excellence in program delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs and operations in nonprofit settings.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and coordinate with instructors.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of JCC programs across sports, arts, youth, and events.
• Assist with program setup/breakdown, materials, and facilities readiness.
• Provide registrations, scheduling, payments, documentation, and communications support.
• Coordinate with instructors, vendors, volunteers, and staff to ensure smooth delivery.
