Job summary

RealManage, a leading national community association management company, is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of HOAs and associations in Englewood, Colorado. You will work with the DCAM and boards to support smooth operations, resolve issues, and optimize service levels, while building strong relationships with homeowners and vendors.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, vendor management, compliance, and staff leadership to deliver

Qualifications

• CMCA or state equivalent certifications desired.
• Minimum 2–3 years in property management / community management.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and vendor coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emails and calls within 24 hours.
• Build strong relationships with residents and Boards.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for multiple communities.
• Oversee vendor contracts, bids, and projects.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor staff to deliver high performance.
• Provide regular financial and operational reporting to Boards.
