Job summary

RealManage is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of associations. You will work with Boards and the DCAM to ensure top-tier service, financial oversight, and strong vendor relationships.

You will build trust with homeowners, board members, and vendors, delivering professional support aligned with RealManage values. A CMCA or equivalent certification is preferred and a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification or state equivalent is desired.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• 2–3 years in property/community management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Experience managing complex developer portfolios and relationships.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• High integrity, honesty, professionalism, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Boards on contracts, insurance, and long-term planning.
• Prepare monthly management reports with actionable insights for Boards and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and support staff to foster growth and high performance.
