Job summary

RealManage is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of community associations. You will work with Boards to ensure service levels, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and drive initiatives that improve resident satisfaction and community value.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, proactive communication, and collaboration with managers, homeowners, and vendors to deliver top-tier service and maintain healthy finances.

Qualifications

• CMCA or state equivalent certifications desired.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years in property management / community management experience.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team; strong financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple community associations and report to Boards.
• Lead vendor relationships, bids, contracts, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets; monitor cash flow and variances.
• Present financial and operational reports to Boards and stakeholders.
• Promote strong homeowner relations and timely communications.
