RealManage, LLC is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee a portfolio of community associations, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring high service levels. The role partners with the DCAM and Boards to deliver strategic plans, maintain governance, and optimize community experiences.

You will manage budgets, vendors, and reporting, ensuring compliance with governing documents and industry standards while fostering strong relations with residents and homeowners.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in property management or community management with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and budgeting processes.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of community associations and provide strategic guidance to Boards.
• Lead, mentor, and support staff to foster professional growth and high performance.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for multiple communities; monitor variances.
• Coordinate vendor bidding, contract negotiation, and issue resolution.
• Review invoices and collaborate with accounting on cash flow and reporting.
• Prepare for Board and Annual Meetings and present clear financial/operational updates.
