Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with residents, guests, and team members.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative onsite team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to recognize property concerns and communicate them to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of common areas, hallways, amenity spaces, entrances, and outdoor grounds.
• Conduct regular trash and debris pickup to maintain a clean environment.
• Clean and maintain amenity spaces (fitness centers, lounges, mailrooms, pool decks, shared areas).
• Support cleaning and preparation of vacant apartment homes during make-ready/ turnover.
• Maintain curb appeal at entrances, parking areas, signage, walkways, and grounds.
• Keep trash and recycling areas clean, organized, and maintained.
• Identify and report property damage, maintenance concerns, safety issues, or needs to the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager and maintenance team with light maintenance tasks as directed.
• Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory; communicate material needs.
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
