Job summary

Cencora seeks a Solutions Consultant, Community Pharmacy Solutions, to act as the primary SME for CPS offerings and lead pre-sales engagements with independent pharmacies, chains, and buying groups. You will support sales, tailor messaging, and provide consultative guidance to align CPS solutions with financial and operational goals.

You will collaborate with sales, Brand Management, and CPS stakeholders to enable field teams, develop scalable content, and capture Voice of the Customer insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in solution consulting, sales support or related roles.
• Experience in pharmacy, PBM, healthcare services, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME across CPS solutions currently marketed and sold.
• Lead value-based presentations and demonstrations aligned to customer needs.
• Partner with sales and leadership to enable field teams and support new business growth.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for CPS leadership.
