Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Solutions Consultant for Community Pharmacy Solutions to act as the subject matter expert across CPS offerings. You will lead pre-sales engagements, support sales and new business teams, and ensure solutions are positioned to independents, chains, and buying groups.

You will partner with sales, buying group leadership, and CPS stakeholders to enable field teams, capture Voice of the Customer insights, and influence solution positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in solution consulting or related roles.
• Experience in pharmacy, PBM, or healthcare services preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting sales organizations and customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SME across CPS solutions and support sales in conversations and demonstrations.
• Participate in new business presentations to large customers and buying groups; tailor messaging for group dynamics.
• Train sales teams on CPS solutions and develop training materials and assets.
• Lead Voice of Customer engagements and translate feedback into actionable insights for CPS leaders.
