Job summary

Campus Federal Credit Union invites a dynamic Business Development Officer to Baton Rouge to drive membership growth and strengthen community partnerships. You will lead outreach to LSU, FMOL Health System, SEGs, and local partners, promoting financial education and financial wellness across our field of membership.

You’ll develop strategies, manage relationships, and participate in community events, sponsorships, and campaigns, collaborating with Marketing and other departments to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of five years in business development, sales, or community relations.
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow partnerships.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with diverse audiences.
• Experience using CRM to track activities and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to support membership growth, financial education, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with campus partners, SEGs, and community organizations.
• Represent Campus Federal at events, orientations, fairs, and sponsorships to promote membership and services.
• Identify opportunities to raise awareness of Campus Federal products through outreach and networking.
• Coordinate ambassador programs, events, and community investments with marketing and other teams.
