Job summary

KARM Stores is seeking a relationship-focused Partner Engagement Manager to join our Engagement department. This role builds relationships with churches, nonprofits, businesses, and community partners to expand community involvement and coordinate volunteer opportunities.

As a partner ambassador, you’ll collaborate with store leadership and other departments to support ministry initiatives, speak at events, and promote Christ-centered mission through outreach programs like Corners of Your Field.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in community engagement, nonprofit, or related field.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with churches, nonprofits, businesses, and partners.
• Coordinate engagement opportunities and volunteer activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support ministry initiatives.
• Support outreach materials and gift card distribution for partners.
• Represent KARM Stores professionally at community events.
