Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer and POS system experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs, recommend merchandise, and contribute to sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and donations at the POS.
• Assist with other duties in daily operations as needed.
