Job summary

The Fleischhacker Center for Ethical Leadership in Action at the College of Saint Benedict (CSB) and Saint John’s University (SJU) invites applications for a temporary part-time Community Engagement Coordinator. The CEC will support CEL capacity building, strengthening partnerships across central Minnesota and connecting faculty, students, and community partners.

This 10-15 hours/week position focuses on developing resources, managing data, and facilitating engagement with community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with Community Engagement (preferred).
• Experience with Project Management (preferred).
• Experience with Data Tracking (preferred).
• Experience with volunteer coordination (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop resources and best practice materials for Community Engaged Learning (CEL).
• Create handbooks, toolkits, and templates outlining best practices for ethical and sustainable CEL programs.
• Produce communication materials introducing the Fleischhacker Center’s mission and engagement framework.
• Build a centralized repository for CEL resources accessible to faculty, staff, and community partners.
• Establish systems for tracking CEL activities, partnerships, and resource usage.
