Job summary

HopeHealth is seeking a Community Services Coordinator to support grief support, volunteer services, caregiver programs, and community education across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The role collaborates with the Sr.

Director of Clinical Outreach & Community Relations and handles calendars, event planning, and data entry for the Community Services department. Responsibilities include coordinating volunteers, registering attendees, managing invoices, and representing HopeHealth at community

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Services, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Social Services, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in community services, nonprofit programming, healthcare, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate volunteers for group facilitation and community events.
• Maintain real-time calendar of community events and ensure proper representation.
• Provide first-line customer service to Community Services programs and route inquiries as needed.
• Plan year-round programming and assist with event logistics.
• Data management and entry for community service programs.
• Prepare and maintain internal/external communication materials.
