HopeHealth is seeking a Community Services Program Coordinator in Providence, RI. This full-time administrative role supports grief services, volunteer programs, caregiver education, and community outreach with a focus on growth strategies.

The role collaborates with the Sr. Director of Clinical Outreach and Community Relations, coordinating events, calendars, and communications while ensuring HIPAA compliance and quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field; 2+ years in community services, nonprofit programming, healthcare, or events coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn databases/scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate volunteers for group facilitation and events.
• Maintain real-time calendar of community events and ensure proper representation.
• Provide first-line customer service and route inquiries as needed.
• Plan and implement year-round community programming and events.
• Manage data entry and reporting for community services programs.
• Develop and maintain internal/external communications materials.
