Job summary
Family Service of Rhode Island seeks a Community Outreach and Training Coordinator to locate and track outreach opportunities for Ever Hope Center services and optimize community supports for partnerships and referrals.
The role coordinates trainings with community partners, facilitates events, and builds rapport with providers and community members to educate on eligibility and program expectations while combating stigma around behavioral health care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or equal relevant experience.
- Experience with medical record software and related hardware, word-processing and databases.
- Spanish speaking preferred and compensated.
- Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual/ASL adds 6% above base pay.
- Multilingual skills add 8% above base pay.

- Identify, create and track outreach opportunities about Ever Hope Center services.
- Coordinate training, programming and events with community partners.
- Facilitate trainings and engage providers and community members on eligibility and expectations.
