HopeHealth seeks a Clinical Coordinator to support our hospice nursing team in Wakefield, RI, with some coverage in Providence or Attleboro. The role is full-time, 7am-3:30pm, reporting to the Clinical management team.

TheHospice Clinical Coordinator provides support to the clinical field staff by coordinating patient care, provides support in scheduling of patient visits and staff work schedules , and is a resource to the clinical manager, clinicians and patients. The Hospice Clinical Coordinator works under the direction of the Clinical management team and reports to the Chief Clinical Officer.
This is a full time 7am-3:30pm and is located in the Wakefield RI location primarily but may need to cover Providence or Attleboro if needed for coverage.
