Job summary

Ritter & Brogden Orthodontics is seeking a dynamic marketing liaison to connect the practice with referring dentists, schools and community partners. You will manage our community outreach, coordinate events, and craft outreach plans to grow patient referrals while representing the brand with professionalism.

This role requires strong customer service, data-driven thinking, and the ability to collaborate with leadership and the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Marketing/Sales experience preferred but will consider marketing, sales or referral-minded candidates.
• Out-of-the-box thinker with strong analytical ability.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who proactively takes initiative and leads projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify referring dentists in each market and designate practices to Referral Tiers.
• Create marketing outreach plans for referring dentists, schools and community organizations.
• Prepare KPI reports and present findings to leadership.
• Schedule and coordinate Dr. to Dr. Lunches and Lunch & Learns.
• Manage CRM updates and post outreach follow-ups.
• Create delivery calendars and ensure timely execution of outreach.
• Attend marketing meetings with prepared agendas.
