Qualifications

• Marketing or related field preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, dental offices, and community partners.
• Coordinate referral visits, lunch-and-learn presentations, networking meetings and events.
• Travel locally to offices and events to support relationship development and practice growth.
• Develop referral and marketing initiatives to support patient acquisition.
• Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness strategies.
• Coordinate events and manage internal/external promotions.
• Assist with social media presence, website updates, and online reputation management.
• Develop referral growth strategies for provider expansion and onboarding.
• Monitor trends and provide reporting on marketing effectiveness.
