The role blends digital and grassroots outreach, requiring hands-on execution, vendor coordination, content creation, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will manage outreach, events, and partnerships, producing measurable results and supporting patient referrals.

Qualifications

• Not an entry-level marketing position; at least two years paid professional experience in marketing, community outreach, public relations, or related areas.
• Experience building local partnerships with schools, dental/pediatric offices, businesses, and community groups.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure marketing programs across digital and in-person channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase local brand awareness.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, PTOs, dental offices, businesses, sports groups, and community organizations.
• Conduct grassroots community outreach via calls, emails, social media, meetings, and in-person visits.
• Coordinate promotional community events, school programs, sponsorships, and local partnerships.
• Track and report on marketing performance and lead generation with weekly updates.
