Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors, a nationally ranked remodeling company, is hiring a Community Outreach Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team in Florida. Prior canvassing management experience is required and you will hire, train, and oversee field reps to drive growth.

You will set daily and weekly goals, manage schedules and territories, coach in the field, track KPIs, and report results. A base salary with commissions and a company vehicle are included, reflecting the high-ownership
