Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team across our markets. You will hire, onboard, train, and motivate canvassers while setting ambitious daily and weekly goals to drive results.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching reps on scripts and objections, managing schedules and territories, and tracking KPIs to report results. A company vehicle, gas allowance, and regional autonomy are provided to run your area like your own

Compensation & Perks

• $150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)
