Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Canvassing Team Manager to hire, lead, and train our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required.

You will recruit and onboard canvassers, train reps on scripts and objection handling, and set daily and weekly performance goals. Based in Florida, you will manage schedules and territories, coach in the field, and track KPIs to report results.
