Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Lead Generation Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required and strong leadership is essential.

You'll hire and onboard canvassers, train reps on scripts and objection handling, set daily and weekly goals, manage schedules and territories, coach in the field, and track KPIs to report results. This is a high-impact, field-based leadership role with substantial earning potential.
