Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is hiring a Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team in League City, TX. This role combines leadership with hands-on field work and a strong focus on performance metrics.

You’ll hire, train, and coach canvassers, set daily and weekly goals, manage schedules and territories, and report KPIs. A proven canvassing leadership background is required and a valid vehicle is preferred.

• Proven experience managing a canvassing team.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills are required.
• Comfortable working in the field and willing to travel on-site.
