Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Field Marketing Supervisor to hire, train, and grow a large, high-performing door-to-door canvassing team. This full-time leadership role offers base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential, with NO SELLING.

The ideal candidate must have door-to-door canvassing management experience in home improvement or related services, and a track record of building and managing high-volume teams with significant monthly sales from canvassing

Qualifications

• Must have door-to-door canvassing management experience.
• Experience building and leading a high-volume canvassing team with sales from canvassing leads of at least $1–$2 million per month.
• Home improvement or related home services industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers.
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training.
• Develop neighborhood mapping and route plans in several regional areas.
• Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results.

Position: Field Marketing Supervisor - Hire, train, and grow a large, high-performing door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!

Qualified Candidate: MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads of at least $1 to $2 million per month!

Compensation:

• Earn $100K to $150K

• Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
