Job summary

The Salvation Army Seattle Temple seeks a Social Services Coordinator to manage casework for individuals and families in north King County, including Charis Place and Pathway of Hope. You will coordinate referrals and financial assistance and work with the Food Bank and community partners.

You’ll provide case management for up to 5 Pathway of Hope families and 14 men in Charis Place, maintain client records in HMIS/WellSky, help with budgeting around $100,000, and support outreach efforts with

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Social Work or related field preferred; 1 year experience acceptable.
• Experience with community outreach and coalitions encouraged.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and cultures; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to coordinate volunteers and collaborate with service providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel/Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct case management for Charis Place sober living clients and Pathway of Hope families.
• Coordinate financial assistance applications and referrals; supervise Food Bank Coordinator.
• Maintain case records and reports in HMIS/WellSky systems.
• Oversee budgeting and grant-related activities; manage approximately $100,000.
• Engage with community partners and coordinate outreach events.
